The objectives of the Heritage Garden Club, Inc. are to promote tranquility using flowers and plant material through gardening and flower arranging, and to participate in civic and environmental improvements as they pertain to the purpose stated above.

The HGC has received a grant from the ALFRED Z. SOLOMON CHARITABLE TRUST
for 2024.  Funds will be used to support the garden club's efforts in planning and
maintaining three public garden spaces in the city, to support garden workshops
for residents of Woodlawn Commons, sponsorship of 2 local middle school students to attend an environmental camp each summer and speaker programs.

​Participate with donations to the Empty Stocking Project
Donate warm clothing for the homeless 
Collect gifts for senior citizens in area nursing homes
Participate in the Soroptomist Secret Garden Tour
Maintenance of three community gardens in Saratoga Springs
Annual perennial plant, herb and garden Decor sale
Assist in planting at a private Saratoga residence
Garden Therapy for Residents of Woodlawn Commons
